We do not have a brick-and-mortar location. All of the shoes are available online only.

We are licensed for all of the organizations and colleges that we manufacture shoes for. You can review their vendor's list on their official website.

The shoes in our collection are medium width only. DO NOT ORDER IF YOU WEAR WIDE WIDTH SHOES.
PREORDERS

As of August, we will not longer keep shoes in stock. All shoes are custom made when pre-ordered. We will only manufacture the shoes that are pre-ordered. We do order extra. Please subscribe to our website to stay abreast of pre-order dates and times. Once pre-order closes, the shoes are removed from the website. We can not accept orders outside of the pre-order timeframe.

Pre-ordered shoes will be shipped by the date listed on on your item. Pre-0rder ship dates are listed on your invoice next to the picture of the item. Multiple shipments for the same order will not be made, there will be only one shipment for the entire order, when all items are ready to ship.

If there is a delay for any preorder item, we will notify via email regarding the status of the preorder items.

No refunds. No exchanges. All sales are final. Unlike clothes, shoes can harbor fungi. It is extremely contagious to others. Fungi can live in shoes from 12 to 20 months. We refuse to resell you a pair of shoes that we have accepted as an exchange and expose you to a foot fungus.

If we are not pleased with the quality of the shoes, when we receive them from the manufacturer, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund your money. If you are refunded, Paypal, Sezzle and Afterpay funds are returned to your account immediately. Credit cards payments are refunded to your financial institution immediately, but, your financial institution has a time frame of 5-10 business days before they process the credit to your account. Please read their terms and conditions for the correct timeframe.

No cancellations on already placed orders.

No switching/swapping items on already placed orders, that applies to orders that have not been shipped. You will be charged the $65 cancellation fee once the manufacturer has cut the leather to make your custom shoes.

PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME! ENTER YOUR ADDRESS AND EMAIL CORRECTLY DURING THE CHECKOUT. DUE TO THE HEAVY VOLUME OF EMAILS, IF YOU ENTER THE INCORRECT INFORMATION, IT MAY NOT BE CAUGHT IN TIME, AND YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER SHIPPING CHARGE TO HAVE THE ISSUE CORRECTED.

SIZING

All of the shoes in our online store are medium width. We do not carry narrow or wide width shoes.

Each pair of shoes in our online store have a size chart shown with the product. Please look at the CM size on the size chart and compare it with the CM size listed in your shoes. This can be found on the outside of the box or the inside of the shoes. This will assist you in determining the best size to order.

SHIPPING

Each shoe in our online catalog is custom made when your order is placed. The timeframe for processing and shipping is 90 BUSINESS days/4 months from the date of purchase. This timeframe can be extended, if there is a US Customs inspection or a shipping delay by the carrier.

Once your item has been shipped, please allow 3-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for items to ship. All orders are shipped via USPS (US Postal Service), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. USA delivery is within 3-5 business days after the order ships. International orders, please allow up to 15-20 business days for your order to arrive after the tracking number is emailed to you. Please also check with your local post office or customs after 10 days as the package may be held there. Longer delays may apply if you did not enter your full and complete shipping address.

If you have made your payment with an e-check through PayPal, your order will not be shipped until the payment has cleared.

If you have NOT received a tracking number after 5 business days, please check your junk/spam then email us to inquire about your order. Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handled through the U.S. Postal Service, as the order is now in their possession. You can contact the U.S. Postal Service at www.usps.com, or (800)275-8777.

If a shipment is showing as "DELIVERED" with your tracking number, you will need to contact your post office regarding any delivery issues, as we would not be able to correct a delivery issue. Delivery issues (including damage, theft, and misdeliveries MUST be handed through the U.S. Postal Service.
