-We are licensed for all of the organizations and colleges that we manufacture shoes for. 

-We do not have a brick-and-mortar store. All of the shoes are online only. 

-We do not have individual sales representatives that act on behalf of b.c.e. Shoes or the owner. We do not collaborate with other companies to sell our shoes. Please only place your order through our official website. We will never ask you to Cash app, Venmo or Paypal money for shoes. We are not responsible for the sale of shoes made outside of our website.

-Each shoe in our online catalog is custom made when your order is placed. The timeframe for processing and shipping is up to 90 BUSINESS days/4 months from the date of order. This timeframe can be extended, if there is a US Customs inspection or a shipping delay by the carrier. 

- Do not order pre-order shoes with shoes that are in-stock. We can not hold shoes. Your pre-order shoes will be canceled/refunded. The in-stock shoes will ship within 5 business days. 

-We have several manufacturers that makes our custom shoes. If you have more than one pair of shoes on your order, from different manufacturers, all shoes will ship at the same time. We do not ship shes separately that are on the same order. 

-If we are not pleased with the quality of the shoes, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund your money. 

-We do not offer exchanges. All sales are final. Unlike clothes, shoes can harbor fungi.  It is extremely contagious to others. Fungi can live in shoes from 12 to 20 months. We refuse to resell you a pair of shoes that we have accepted as an exchange and expose you to a foot fungus. 

 

-AGAIN, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. THE ORDERS ARE SUBMITTED TO THE MANUFACTURER DAILY. IF YOU INSIST ON CANCELING YOUR ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED WITH THE MANUFACTURER, THE CANCELLATION FEE IS $75 PER PAIR OF SHOES ORDERED. THIS COVERS THE COST OF THE WASTED LEATHER.  IF THE ORDER IS CANCELED/REFUNDED, FUTURE ORDERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

-Any shoes sold during a sale or clearance event may have blemishes or defects. These shoes are discounted for this reason. Our only guarantee for discounted shoes is that they have not been worn. We do not sell used shoes. If you decide to purchase the shoes at a discounted rate, you understand that the shoes may arrive with blemishes and all sales are final. 

-We post new inventory and order updates in the Facebook group: b.c.e. Custom Shoes. 

-The shoes in our collection are medium width. DO NOT ORDER IF YOU WEAR WIDE WIDTH SHOES.

-Please take your time and enter your shipping information correctly. Once your order is placed, it is sent directly to the shipping department. All addresses are verified, thru our shipping system, before shipment. A tracking number is emailed to the email address on the invoice. This allows you to track your package from our warehouse to your door. If the address can not be verified, the order is canceled and you are refunded. Our shipping department is unable to change the address on an order. If you enter the incorrect information and the shoes are returned to us, you will have to pay to re-ship them. If you enter the incorrect address and the shoes reflect delivered, it is not longer our responsibility. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages. This must handled thru the United States Postal ServiceYou can contact them at www.usps.com or (800)275-8777.
